Our History

In 1997, the Metro Orlando Association of Realtist was founded. The objective was to form an organization that would adequately serve the African-American real estate professionals and their clientele. Due to unforeseen circumstances the organization became inactive shortly after. In opposition to the ending of the chapter three previous members, James Gipson, Aaron Mighty and Kinnis Pledger meet in Tampa. They started discussing reigniting the chapter. After much diligence they found another member, Colleen Coke that would assist them in their journey. In 2014 the Metro Orlando Association of Realtist chapter was reborn.
